Amy O'Hara

In recognition of the dedication of our USA employees, each quarter the University recognizes the exceptional efforts of one University general staff employee for the Employee of the Quarter award.

I am very pleased to announce Amy O’Hara, Property & Inventory Control Specialist, in the Property & Inventory Control department, in the division of Finance & Administration, has been selected as the USA Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2025. Her nomination reads, in part:

Amy handles all aspects of the University’s Property and Inventory Control. The ability to multi-task with a smile and winning attitude makes her an excellent candidate for this honor. Amy always goes beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that both internal and external customers are assisted in a timely fashion with professionalism, friendliness, and an exemplary level of job knowledge. I am constantly reminded by faculty and staff of what a pleasure it is to interact with Amy.

In recognition of Amy’s commitment to excellence, the presentation of this award took place at the Board of Trustees meeting, on December 4, 2025.
