.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to strong offshore flow this morning 

decreases through this afternoon and evening before turning 

southerly Tuesday into Tuesday night. Onshore flow strengthens 

midweek as another front approaches from the west. A strong 

offshore flow will redevelop late Wednesday night and Thursday in 

the wake of the front, gradually relaxing Friday into the weekend.
